By engaging our services, you warrant and represent that:

• All information, financial histories, identification details, and documents provided to us are completely accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
• You possess the legal authority to enter into agreements and request services on behalf of yourself or your designated business entity.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of any client portal credentials, passwords, or secure communication links provided to you.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policies

All service fees, pricing structures, and subscription models are outlined clearly prior to enrollment or are detailed in individual client service contracts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement or mandated by applicable law (such as the Credit Repair Organizations Act), all fees paid to Windy City Financial LLC for completed consulting services and administrative work are strictly non-refundable.
